FI (H) Recurrency
FI-Refresher-Seminar according to EASA (Revalidation / Renewal FI license)
If you want to revalidate or renew your FI (H) rating as a flight instructor, you have to meet two of the three requirements listed below:
Prerequisite for revalidation:
- min. 50 hours flight time as a flight instructor during the validity period of the rating
- Participation in a refresher seminar
- Passing a Prof. Check / Skill Test during the preceding 12 months before the rating expires (mandatory for every second revalidation)
Renewal requirement:
- Participation in a refresher seminar during the previous 12 months
- Passing a Prof. Check / Skill Test during the previous 12 months
Course content:
- Security aspects
- Regulations
- Exchange of current teaching methods
- Standardization of teaching methods
- Raising awareness of current issues
- Refresh and improve teaching techniques and knowledge
Price:
- CHF 780.- (excl hotel)
Each FI should register independently and without further requests.
