It is important to us to continuously improve the quality of our training. Your feedback is a valuable tool for this! Here you have the opportunity to evaluate the work of your flight instructor and the school. You can fill out the form anonymously and without referring to a specific flight instructor or base. However, in order to achieve concrete improvements for the school, we ask you to provide as complete information as possible.

The answers will be accessible exclusively to the Helicopter School Association, specifically the Head of Training and the flight instructors. During supervisory activities by the FOCA, it is possible that individual feedback forms may be reviewed. After evaluation and analysis, the individual feedback will be deleted after a maximum of five years or upon the explicit request of the author.
